Terrifying bridges to visit! Aaargh

I love being scared.

We’ve all seen the facebook posts of terrified Chinese crawling on their bellies across it or frozen stiff with fear on the Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon Glass Bridge here courtesy of smh.com.au below:

I have to go there soon and try it.  I have vertigo and agoraphobia like everyone else but I confess the frisson of wanting to jump is electric.
Tianmen Mountain national park is also in Zhangjiajie is where Avatar was filmed and is one of the earth’s most spectacular places.
The Cableway located on the mountain is reportedly the “longest passenger cableway of high mountains in the world” and has 98 cars and a total length of 7,455 metres (24,459 ft). tian_menshan_mountain_2

When In France of course you must go and test your fortitude on :  Aiguille du Midi Bridge, French Alps

Not only is the bridge scarey but so is The Cage.

Good luck and enjoy. aiguille-bridge
